Ancient Magnesium Bath Salt is a mixture of dry magnesium chloride salt and other trace elements, which we recommend for magnesium baths and foot baths. Dissolved in a tub of water, it helps release daily stress, refreshes and relaxes, while naturally contributing to maintaining the body's daily magnesium levels.

The beneficial effects of sweet orange essential oil in bath salts:
1. Invigorates
2. Prevents infections
3. Improves blood circulation
4. Detoxification

Quantity

A cup of bath salt approx. Contains 15 g of pure magnesium. The exact amount depends on the amount of water, 1-2 cups for a foot bath, max. 8 cups is recommended.

Usage

It is important that the bath is warm, but not hot, because hot water increases the evaporation of the skin, not the absorption of important minerals. Dissolve at least 200 g of salt in the bath water and take a 30-minute, relaxing bath. When bathing, avoid the area around the eyes and mucous membranes.

Tip: The Ancient Magnesium Bath Salt can also be used in combination with magnesium oil in the bath, which enhances the health-friendly effect of the magnesium bath. Next to the bath salt, add 25-50 ml of magnesium oil to the bath water.

Effects

One of the most important advantages of Ancient Magnesium concentrate and the products made from it is that they do not burden the stomach and digestive system, while providing a quick, natural solution to the magnesium deficiency that affects almost all of us today.

Due to the natural magnesium in it, the bath salt contributes to good quality, restful sleep, helps restore cellular magnesium levels, is a natural cell protector, stimulates detoxification processes, relieves cramps and muscle pain. It activates muscle function and combats stress, increases energy levels and the efficiency of the immune system.
