The AMZCHEF CE-FS-IRC128D35 is an induction hob with two cooking zones and a total output of 3500 W. The left zone delivers up to 2000 W with 20 power levels, while the right zone reaches up to 1500 W with 15 levels. In addition, 20 temperature settings let you match the heat precisely to the dish you are preparing. Both zones are operated through their own touch controls and work with flat-bottomed pans measuring 12 to 24 cm in diameter.

Each zone is controlled independently, so you can prepare two dishes at once with different settings, for example simmering soup on one zone while making a sauce on the other. The built-in timer can be set for up to four hours and switches off the heating automatically when the time runs out. Two cooling fans help remove heat from the unit and support steady operation at higher power levels.

The smooth glass surface is easy to wipe clean once the hob has cooled. Measuring 538 × 310 × 68 mm and weighing 5.2 kg, it suits compact kitchens and flexible use.
