Product description
The superband is an extremely durable rubber band that is suitable for both bodyweight and functional training.
It is primarily recommended for training with your own body weight, but it can also be used together with a machine, such as bench press, pull-ups or squats. In fact. can also be used for rehabilitation exercises.
When training with a rubber band, the resistance can be changed progressively, in contrast to the movement performed with hand dumbbells. In this way, strength, speed and performance can be increased at the same time, in a way that is gentle on the joints.
The rubber band provides continuous resistance.
The color of the tape is red, it has weak resistance.
