For a healthy spine!

The seating surface of the Sallital Spa Pillows slides forward at a specific angle. Biomechanical studies found that this slope optimally helps the active seat and the spine is relatively the smallest load. In this situation, there may be an ideal balance between the back and abdominal muscles, which can provide an active meeting with the slightest muscle work. Thus, during sitting, the spine -saving posture is possible, which can also contribute to the prevention of posture errors and subsequent complaints.

Direct and indirect benefits:

- spine seat holding
- a reduction in fatigue
- Effective tool for computer and office work
- The pillow has a special u cut, which relieves the tail bone and the spine.

The sitting posture is very demanding for the spine. The compressive force acting on the vertebrae and the intervertebral discs is significantly higher than in a standing position and is a danger to the formation of spinal complaints. Therefore, we need to strive to make our posture as best as possible during the sitting position: to sit with a straight back. However, during sitting, we tend to bend the spine forward, the "round back", which further exacerbates the load on the vertebrae and the discs between them. Most office chairs and seating furniture in use do not meet the ergonomic requirements that would promote the correct seat. Therefore, the permanently sitting workers are in an unfavorable and endangered position.

Especially this category includes those who spend long hours in front of a computer!
What can we do to promote the right seat and the health of our spine? At active session, use a special seating pad with preventive and healing effects.
