The SMR roller, i.e. Self Myofascia Release, is the name of a compression, self-massage activity.

The Aktivsport massage roller has a soft, ribbed surface, but the inside is hard, thus ensuring load capacity.

Different effects can be achieved by massaging with different surface units. It exerts strong and continuous pressure on the body, as a result of which we can easily massage muscles that cannot be reached by hand. Different surfaces were created on the cylinder because these shapes are most similar to the patterns of human palms, fingertips and fingers. Thus, the muscles receive multiple pressure stimuli during use.
