The Aktivsport fitness band is a high-quality product made of latex material.

It is joint-friendly and very effective, because the band is pulled and released against force.

The purpose of the rubber band is to strengthen the upper body, arms and legs, but it is also suitable for rehabilitation purposes.

We recommend it for spectacular muscle strengthening, body shaping, aerobic training and intensive exercises.

After use, it is advisable to wash in chlorine-containing water or, in case of contamination, in weak neutral soapy water.

In order to avoid possible adhesion, sprinkle the tape lightly with dusting powder after drying.

We recommend the low-strength band for children, the elderly or ladies with a weaker physique, as a beginner band.
