Adamo St. John's wort decoction is a herbal tea recommended for liver and bile disorders.

Its tea is used in chronic liver disorders, after-treatment of hepatitis, and liver damage caused by poisoning.

Milk thistle protects the liver in three ways. On the one hand, it stabilizes and strengthens liver cell membranes, which prevents the penetration of toxins into the cell.

On the other hand, it is an effective antioxidant that neutralizes dangerous free radicals. Its antioxidant effect is several times that of vitamin E.

And thirdly, by promoting protein synthesis, it stimulates the production of liver cells, accelerates the regeneration of damaged liver tissues, and the replacement of dead cells.

Silymarin is not only an effective liver protector, but also an antidote to jaundice, viral hepatitis, cirrhosis, psoriasis, protects against free radicals, prevents degeneration of the liver caused by fat, is effective for varicose veins, hemorrhoids, various vascular complaints, or mushroom poisoning.

Preparation: Crumble a teaspoon of ripe seeds per cup, pour boiling water over them and filter after a quarter of an hour. Drink one cup three times a day, before meals, sipping slowly.

The tea contains a very low concentration of silymarin, so it is only suitable for prevention and maintenance. For the treatment of liver diseases or more serious liver detoxification, use dietary supplements containing concentrated silymarin.
