The AC7801 HDMI 1.4 extender set enables the extension of the HDMI signal via CAT6 UTP to a distance of up to 40 meters with a maximum resolution of 4K@30Hz. The kit supports Power over Cable (PoC) technology, which means that the receiver is powered by the transmitter. In addition, the transmitter has an HDMI output for connecting a local display. The device comes with an infrared transmitter and receiver that you can use to control the source device with a standard remote control. The AC7801 supports EDID copying, Chroma Sampling 4:4:4 and is equipped with a secure sealed power connection and integrated mounting bracket.

Extending a 4K HDMI signal to a distance of 40 meters via CAT6 UTP
The AC7801 HDMI 1.4 extender set extends the HDMI signal to a distance of 40 meters with 4K@30Hz resolution. With a maximum resolution of 1080p@60Hz, 70 meters is also possible.

Connecting a local loop display
The transmitter has an additional HDMI output for connecting a local TV or monitor. The content of the source device can be displayed on a TV or monitor near the transmitter.

Power over Cable support via CAT
The HDMI extender kit supports Power over Cable (PoC) over CAT6 UTP. Only the transmitter unit needs power. The receiver receives power from the transceiver via the connected UTP cable.

Prevents accidental disconnection of the power cord.
The power connection of the transmitter unit is protected by a screw lock to prevent accidental disconnection of the cable.

EDID copy function
The EDID copy function, also known as Extended Display Identification, provides resolution communication between source and output devices. Without EDID, the capacity of the source and the display may be completely different, resulting in no image transfer at all. With the EDID function, the capacity of the display is communicated to the source device for the best possible quality.

Infrared control using the included IR transmitter and receiver
The AC7801 comes with an infrared transmitter and receiver for remote control of the source device.

Cascading local loop via HDMI port
Use the local loop HDMI port to cascade to other HDMI extenders.
