The EKJ-803P is a self-priming garden jet pump equipped with an 800W motor, which offers a reliable solution for transporting clean water from drilled or ring wells, rainwater collection barrels or lakes. Its special feature is that its housing is made of technical plastic and has a compact structure, which provides the pump with a unique design and splash protection. Their main area of ​​use is sprinkler or flood irrigation of green surfaces and gardens, for draining garden ponds or pools, but it is also suitable for providing water supply for a household.

The pump has a robust construction and is easy to transport thanks to its carrying handle and light weight. The motor is equipped with overload protection and a 1.5m power cable. It is easy to put into operation, the ON/OFF switch is assisted by a splash-proof switch.

The stable sealing of the equipment is ensured by an axial slip ring seal with a ceramic insert. A constant supply of water is necessary for the operation of the slip ring seal, so running the system dry must be avoided. For protection against dry running, we recommend using our electromagnetic switch PS01-A or PS01-B.

There is a G1" (30.3mm) internal thread connection on the suction and discharge side of the pump. In order to achieve the greatest possible water delivery, we recommend the use of a suction pipe with a 1" (25mm) diameter non-return valve on the suction side (available in our accessories), and a sprinkler pipe with an inner diameter of ¾" (19mm) on the pressure side.

One of the main advantages of the jet pump is its self-priming ability, so it is enough to fill the system during commissioning and if the suction side is properly closed, refilling will only rarely be necessary to maintain a continuous water column.

Another advantage of the jet system pump is that it can suck up water from a relative depth of up to 7m (from a well, lake) and transmits it at a relatively high pressure of 3.5..4.8 bar, depending on the power of the engine. (This pressure corresponds to a delivery height between 35...48m and, depending on the conditions, may be suitable for the operation of approximately three sprinkler heads.)
