    This drink from the Absolute Live Recovery range is a still beverage with a blackcurrant and elderflower flavour. It combines branched-chain amino acids, BCAA (L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in a 2:1:1 ratio), with L-glutamine, and is sweetened with stevia. The base is carbonation-free spring water, with citric acid as an acidity regulator and vitamin C added.

    The BCAA and glutamine blend is a popular choice for people who want a simple, refreshing drink after training or other physical activity. Because it is not carbonated, it is easy to sip throughout the day.
