A. R. Capetta - Stranger Things - Robin a world ellen

High school is a real monster, and it's devouring Robin Buckley's peers one by one. By the start of her sophomore year, her friends have all given up and are unable to talk about anything other than dating, future college, and careers. However, Robin has more serious problems in his life than to worry about such things. The young girl realizes that her feelings for her classmate Tammy Thompson go far beyond friendship, but her love is for the empty-headed and unhinged Steve Harrington.
Since gay people in Hawkins exist only on the level of legends, Robin increasingly feels that he can only be himself somewhere far from here. But how could you run away even for a summer vacation without permission, money and a companion? Hawkins' weirdest daughter has spent her whole life trying to fit in. It's time to break out.
Bringing the crowd-favorite character from Stranger Things to life, Robin Against the World is a captivating coming-of-age story about the need for one person to accept us - ourselves.
