All 16 ports support Auto MDI/MDIX, no need to torment with the cable type, simple plug & play. In addition, innovative energy use technology can achieve TL-SG1016 up to 15%power savings, and 80%of packaging materials can be recycled, making it a really environmentally friendly solution for its office network.

High performance

All ports are gigabit RJ-45, which provides a mode to instant transmission of large files, but also compatible with 10/100 Mbps devices. It is characterized by a non-blocking switch architecture, so the TL-SG1016 transmits and filters the packages at full wired speed for maximum throughput. 10K Jumbo Frame significantly improves the power transmission of large files. The IEEE 802.3x river monitoring in Full Duplex mode and the Backpressure (Backpressure) in Half Duplex mode relieves data congestion, so the TL-SG1016 function is reliable. Light use

Self-adjusting characteristics for this Switch make it easy and trouble-free. No need to configure, there is no need for a reverse connected cable through existing Auto-MDI/MDIX cable cable. Auto-Negotiation detects the connection speed (up to 10, 100 or 1000 Mbps) and smartly adjusts compatibility and optimum performance.
