Parabolic primary mirror and active cooling of the optics
The primary mirror is parabolic, which minimizes optical distortion for high-magnification observations. Its surface is covered with an aluminum coating with a reflection index of 92-96%. This has a positive effect on the contrast and brightness of the transmitted image. The focus can be adjusted with the two-speed, achromatic Crayford focuser. It is backlash-free and holds even heavy optical accessories securely for fast and accurate focusing.

There is a cooling fan on the rear cover of the telescope tube. Thanks to this, the thermal stabilization of the optics is almost twice as fast, so you can start observations much sooner. The fan works with a battery (sold separately).

Dobson stand with an improved brake system and side bearing for smoother, smoother movement of the tube
The telescope has a classic Dobsonian stand. It has a traditional design and has all the advantages of this type of stand, but at the same time its mechanics have been significantly improved. The special brake system, side bearing for smoother, finer movement of the tube and the balancing system allow you to move the optical tube up or down by a few centimeters. When additional accessories are used, this quickly balances the telescope, maximizing stability.

There are scales on the side of the stand for easy balancing. In addition, the bearings are durable and provide smoother movement, which is important when using the telescope at high magnification.
