The HOLTOP Comfort Fresh Air 350T central heat recovery ventilator raises indoor air quality and energy efficiency to a new level. With optional smart control, high heat recovery efficiency and quiet operation, the system provides fresh, oxygen-rich air while minimizing energy loss, thus providing the perfect balance of comfort and sustainability.
Advanced heat exchanger technology
HOLTOP's unique, 3D cross-counterflow heat exchanger is made of a special resin-reinforced ABS structure, which is extremely airtight, mold-resistant and ensures a lifespan of up to 15 years. The large heat transfer surface results in maximum efficiency, while the ENTALPIA heat exchanger versions are capable of vapor recovery of up to 80%. This solution is particularly useful in winter to avoid excessive air dryness and in summer to reduce excess humidity.
Smart control and WiFi function (optional)
The device has the most modern smart control technology, which can be controlled remotely via WiFi connection with the Smart Life application (Android / iOS). Users can monitor and control indoor air quality, including temperature, humidity and CO₂ levels, from anywhere. The system is capable of group and linked (linkage) control, simultaneous control of several ventilation units and other Tuya IoT devices.
Intelligent functions include weekly timing, automatic bypass, humidity control, filter replacement indication, and energy consumption display.
Excellent energy efficiency and quiet operation
EC motors provide constant air flow with four speeds, while operating with low energy consumption and a noise level of only 31-35 dB(A). The system has an A or A+ energy efficiency class and ensures stable air exchange down to an external temperature of -25 °C. The 100% automatic bypass function enables natural ventilation in the case of cooler outdoor air in the summer months.
Flexible installation and maintainability
The compact, EPP-insulated housing provides a lightweight yet durable structure that resists heat loss and corrosion. The device can be installed on the left or right side, so it can be easily adapted to any installation situation.
The standard equipment includes the G4 filter, if required it can also be supplemented with an F7 fine filter, which is ideal for dusty, pollen-contaminated environments. The system is easy to clean, the heat exchanger is washable and requires low maintenance in the long term.
